Software Support Associate

Description: Financial Navigator, Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill our Software Support Associate position.  We develop and support financial software solutions for managing accounting and investment asset information for our clients.  You will work with the Software Support Team and customers to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues regarding FNI software products.  You will also assist the Development Team with testing new versions of the software to validate bug fixes and evaluate functionality, as well as coordinating with clients to deploy new versions of the software.

Senior Financial Consultant

Description: Financial Navigator Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill our Senior Financial Consultant position. We develop and support financial software solutions for managing accounting and investment asset information for our clients.  You will be nurturing business relationships and communicating with CPAs, Investment Managers, CFOs, financial advisors and others from the financial services arena.
You will have extensive experience in tax accounting, as well as familiarity with portfolio, partnership, fiduciary, and foundation accounting.  You will have a great understanding of legal entities such as S-Corp, C-Corp, LLC, FLP. LLP, Foundations, individuals, and other entities created as investment vehicles.
You will have passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination, and kept current with your CPE credits each year.  You are active in the AICPA and attend training classes, and online presentations to stay abreast of your industry.

Staff Accountant

Description: Financial Navigator Inc. is seeking talented and motivated individuals to fill multiple Staff Accountant positions.

As a member of the OneViewTM Accounting team, you will be responsible for:

  • Corporate Accounting:
    • Processing invoices, entering data, cutting checks, reconciling bank accounts, preparing bank deposits and generating financial statements.
    • Learning to work with CRM, AR/AP, MS Office, and financial software.
  • Portfolio Accounting:
    • Inputting transactional data on an on-going timely basis using Navigator software.
    • Reconciling statements within a given portfolio period.
  • Communicating with a myriad of financial professionals: CPAs, Investment Managers, CFOs, Financial Advisors, and others from the financial services sector.
