Rob Ford began using Financial Navigator about 10 years ago
and has been a steady user ever since. He learned about it through
his family office in Detroit which had been using it to manage
multiple entities for some time. The accounting firm of Peat,
Marwick and Mitchell had recommended it to the family office.
"I took it to the next level and began using it as a total accounting
package," says Rob, who left his family in Detroit straight out
of college and moved to Vail, Colorado. "I use it as an individual
investor to pay my bills and keep track of real estate and stock
investments. When I first started using it, I attended one of
Navigator's courses and learned as much as I could
about the full range of the program."
"The tech support is excellent," says Rob."I
don't need to use it often, but when I do, I can get through
to the tech people quickly. I like the fact that the same people
are always there to help me. And I can always go right to the
top with my questions and concerns."
"Navigator was the first software program to offer
a complete program specifically geared to high-net-worth individuals," adds
Rob. " It has been very useful and saved me a lot of time."
Having extra time has allowed Rob to contribute to civic life
in Vail. He was elected to the Vail Town Council for two terms
and elected as the mayor once. "Using Navigator makes
it easy for me to keep up with my financial affairs and has saved
me from Financial Armageddon. It has worked out well for me and
I would certainly recommend it to others. It's terrific!"
