Platinum Level

If you have multiple users of Navigator, the Platinum Level support is your best choice. Platinum support entitles anyone you authorize to call the FNI team for unlimited telephone and email support. Custom programming is available with this level of support.

Gold Level

If you need only one contact person to have access to unlimited Navigator telephone and email support, then Gold level support is for you. Custom programming is available with this level of support.

Silver Level

If you are an experienced Navigator user and do not expect to add new users, Silver support may be an appropriate choice. Silver support provides limited telephone and email support.
