How Checkform Works

  • Enter new or change existing accounts
  • Create a check description file by:
    • Entering names and addresses of the bank and account's owner
    • Entering the bank account number and any other information that remains constant from check to check
    • Print on blank checkstock
  • CheckForm Setup is in the Navigator menu and prints checks using the same procedures used for pre-printed checks
  • CheckForm check description files are automatically copied to subdirectories when a new year begins

CheckForm Requirements

All users must have Navigator Version 8.2 or above.

Laser Printer with additional font capabilities (plug-in font cartridge or SIMM chip). Legal-sized paper printing capabilities.
