Navigator's Intercompany transactions make transfers, distributions, and payments among your entities a breeze. It is a time saving feature which lets you record a single transaction that involves numerous entities at once. Instead of switching between entities to record related journal entries, Navigator allows you to make one Intercompany transaction for all.
How does it work?
Intercompany transactions are initially recorded in an Originating entity. This entry involves the Originating entity and any subsequent Destination entities added to the transaction. Once completed, these Intercompany transactions can be memorized for future use with recurring entries.

What activities can be streamlined?
- Payments made through operating companies on the behalf of subsidiary entities
- Distributions to various partners in joint partnerships
- Transfers of funds between entities
- Contributions by individuals to partnerships and foundations
- ... and many more
