Annual Maintenance & Support

At Financial Navigator, Inc., (FNI) we’re proud to offer you the best possible software and support services at a cost-effective price. To achieve this goal, we constantly listen to your suggestions and explore ways to make our services work better for you.

You have 3 different levels of support services to choose from: Platinum, Gold and Silver.

Pay Only for the Support You Need

The Annual Maintenance program is built around several key objectives.

With the program running:

  • Choose the support level to fit your needs. By selecting from one of 3 annual maintenance packages, you receive the exact level of support you need. That way you do not pay for services you know you will not use.
  • Get all the services in one package. Gain access to different levels of phone, email, and forum support options by choosing a single support package.
  • Keep it simple. By laying it out in a table, it is easy to understand your alternatives. We have also made it easy to sign up.

 

Choose the Level of Support for You

As you look over maintenance and support options, think carefully about the best program for your needs.

Platinum - If you have multiple users of Navigator, the Platinum Level support is your best choice. Platinum support entitles anyone you authorize to call the FNI team for unlimited telephone and email support. Custom programming is available with this level of support.

Gold - If you need only one contact person to have access to unlimited Navigator telephone and email support, then Gold level support is for you. Custom programming is available with this level of support.

Silver – If you are an experienced user of Navigator and do not expect to add new users, Silver support may be an appropriate consideration. Silver support provides limited telephone and email support.
