carefully about the best program for your needs.
Platinum - If you
have multiple users of Navigator, the Platinum Level support
is your best choice. Platinum support entitles anyone you
authorize to call the FNI team for unlimited telephone
and email support. Custom programming is available with this level of support.
Gold - If you
need only one contact person to have access to unlimited
Navigator telephone and email support, then Gold level
support is for you. Custom programming is available with this level of support.
Silver – If
you are an experienced user of Navigator and do not expect
to add new users, Silver support may be an appropriate
consideration. Silver support provides limited telephone
and email support.
