Live User Support Packages

We're here to help! Choose the level of support that best fits your needs. You have three support options to choose from:

Platinum Level Support
Unlimited access to the FNI team for telephone and email support for multiple authorized users.

Gold Level Support
Unlimited Navigator telephone and email support for ONE authorized user.

Silver Level Support
Our most basic level of support provides telephone and online support for up to 6 incidents (3 online, 3 live) for one user.

Navigator Help

Online User Forum

To review questions from other users, look in the online Navigator User Forum. In many cases, you will be able to find an answer that solves your problem quickly and easily. If not, you may want to consult with our support professionals.

Navigator Help Section

Not ready to give us a call? If you’re using the current Navigator software version, the Help Section within Navigator may have an answer for you. The Help Section includes the most up-to-date troubleshooting information available.

With the Navigator program running:

  1. Select Help | Troubleshooting from the menu bar to look up information about a particular problem (you may also search the Help system by keyword).
  2. If you are unable to run the software in question, look up the problem in the reference manual/upgrade booklets that came with your software.
