Obtain User Support -
You can see the answers to previously asked technical questions
24 hours per day, seven days a week. In addition, the FNI User Support team will answer posted questions. While the technical
staff makes every effort to answer questions as quickly as
possible, all questions are answered within 72 hours. The Forum
is designed to address questions related only to the most recent
version of Navigator.
Share Ideas - You can use
the Forum to learn how other users use Navigator by communicating
with them directly.
Send Suggestions - You can
submit suggestions on the Forum for future program enhancements.
All suggestions are read by the FNI Development Team. Over
90% of all new features in FN come directly from user suggestions.
The level of support you receive from the Forum depends on
your user status:
- Annual Maintenance Customers -
Receive full access to the Forums. You can post questions and
receive answers to your questions by using your username and
password. You may also view any previous post on the Forums.
- Other Customers - Receive
access to view the questions and answers on the Forums. You
are not able to post questions unless you subscribe to an Annual
Maintenance program. Please visit the Annual
Maintenance section of the web site for more information.
The Forum serves two main functions:
- Viewing Questions and Answers
on the Forum -
Everyone can view previously posted questions. Simply select
the topic that most closely matches your question, and you
will see a list of previously asked questions to select.
You may also use the search function to find a previous post.
From the search screen you can look for key words, date ranges,
or a specific user name.
- Posting New Questions to the
Forum - Annual Maintenance subscribers can post new
questions. Once you access a specific topic and press the
post button, fill in your username and password and type
your question. A support technician will respond to your
question within 72 hours.
The forums are designed for ease of use; however, if you believe
you need an in-depth explanation, a 17-page instruction manual
