Somehow this option got turned off. To turn it back on, go into Reconcile as you normally would. Select View | Monthly Activity from the Transaction Activity menu. If a check mark appears next to this option, the Reconcile Summary box will appear as you described.This setting will be in effect for all entities in use by the workstation. It has no effect on other workstations.
