Those are the correct steps for reconciling. When you say "nothing is happening" do you mean the screen locks up?- Exit out of FN.
- Access FN again.
- Run Test & Correct Utilities.
- Try Reconciliation again.
- Does the same problem exist?
If so, let's try and isolate the problem if possible:
Try it for a different account.
Does the same problem exist?
Try it for a different entity and account.
Does the same problem exist?
Re-start your computer and try it again.
Does the same problem exist?
