I selected check form 7 (Deluxe 091065) and have properly configured the check settings to that check. However, when I try to print the checks I can only print one check to a page. How do I instruct the program or printer to print three checks to a page?

Perhaps you were told this by the check manufacturer. If that is the case, you should consider returning the checks and asking for a refund.
