Topic: Name 2 does not print

I have entered text in the "Name" field as well as the "Name 2" field. The text in the Name 2 field is NOT printing although the reference book says it should. How do I get it to print??

I assume your are using CheckForm 4.0, so I moved this question to the CheckForm Forum at Name 2 does not print. Please read the response there. Thanks!- David
