Your are correct, those Deluxe forms were for old tractor feed printers. Try Deluxe invoice form 080756 and Navigator Form 2. This will work on laser or ink jet printers. Deluxe prints your company name and address, Navigator fills in the rest. Navigator does not use most of the boxes on the from.
Other Deluxe forms that might work are 080807 or 080672, but the invoice date is printed in the Ship To: area.
You can move any of the fields using Change Invoice Settings on the invoice preview screen in Navigator.
Alternatively, you can have Navigator print everything, including your company name and address, on blanks sheets of paper. See Accounts Receivable - Printing Invoices to set up your company as payee.
