There are two ways to write checks in Navigator: - Order preprinted checks with the check number, bank name and account information already printed on it. The Navigator software that you already have will print these checks. You order preprinted checks from Deluxe; see below.
- Purchase CheckForm software from us. This prints checks on blank checkstock using special MICR toner. If you have many bank accounts or change banks frequently, this if the preferred option, since you don’t need to stock separate checks for each bank account and can load the printer with just one kind of paper. - Order #091552 “Lick & stick” Double Window Check Envelopes or #092552 “Peel & seal” Double Window Check Envelopes if you also want envelopes in which to mail the checks.
