On one of my entities the check number does NOT automically go to the next number and I have to enter the next number manually. I am presently on Ck. #6831 and it is still reverting to Ck. #5619. In all the other checking accounts it is progressing automatically. How can I correct this irritating problem?

See Sequential Check Number problem, especially steps 4 & 5. Please reply here and let us know if that fixed it. Also, what version of Navigator are you using?

David, This is in reference to case #38-10926 dated 1/20/09. I neglected to tell you that I was able to correct my problem with your instructions. The reason I had a problem to begin with is I neglected to make sure item #4 was correct. Hopefully, my latest problem - same 8.2 program - new computer everything works but does not allow me to PRINT checks - says there is an error - program may not be installed. Hope you can be as helpful. Thank you.
