We are have problems AGAIN with the last number falling off the report in the date. We have fixed it before, but it is
dropping the number again. Any ideas?? We are still using an HP LaserJet 4Plus. We have tried using the 4Plus and the 4P drivers and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

The last character missing from the header and footer lines was a problem with certain printers/printer drivers using certain fonts. This was especially the problem on the report date that prints on the 1st line on the right.

This has been fixed in 7.5.2 (or 7.5.3). Run the software update to get the lastest version(7.5.3) Be sure to run the workstation install on other computers since this new version requires a new file (vsview6.ocx) on each workstation. This file was not included with earlier versions(7.5.0 or 7.5.1).

Other solutions:
1) Turn on the option to print the time on the report. Since the "M" in AM or PM is wider than "0" in 2000, then the character will be printed. Select Report Setup. On the Header tab, check the [x] Time option.

2) Use the HP4Plus printer driver for HP 4 printers. This printer driver works better than the HP4 or HP4P printer drivers.

3) Use a different font or larger font size for the header font. This is set in the Report Setup on the Header tab for each workstation.
