I am using FN 8.0 Standard

I am not able to print double underlines, using landscape printing on my HP Deskjet710c. I have contacted HP and determined that I am using their latest driver. Still researching this problem.

We have been able to reproduce the same problem on an HP Deskjet 722c. It works fine on laser printers such as HP III, 4, 5, etc. This is a problem in landscape and in portrait such as the 12 mos Balance sheets and the Balance Sheet Analysis.

The grid lines are printed fine if that option is selected in Report Layout. But the double underline still do not print.

The underlines print fine for underlined words such as headings. So the amounts can be underlined like words by selecting the cell, right click and selecting Underline (Ctrl + U). This is just a work around. If another solution cannot be found then we may add a option to underline totals this way automatically. (This was the way totals were underlined in version 7.0) However, there is not "double underline" option for words.

We are still researching this problem.

Another user recently had a similar problem. The underlines printed on the reports using a HP DeskJet Model 870Cxi, purchased in August 1997. Then, Version 8.0.6 of FN was downloaded, and newer print drivers were installed. At this time, the underlines no longer printed. The user reverted back to FN 8.0.4, and the underlines still wouldn't print. So, the user reinstalled the original print drivers for the HP, and now the reports print with the underlines. When printing reports, it is always critiacl to ensure the "correct" print drivers are installed.
