On the Report Selection screen, select Report Setup. On the Margins tab, verify the top and bottom margins. Select Reset to Defaults to set them to correct values. Select Ok and rerun the report. Setting the top margin to 0 will not allow room for the heading to show.

If this does not solve the problem then display the heading to the screen. Specify a report from Report Selection and select Screen. With the report on the screen, select View | Header to show the header on the screen. If the header is missing here then it is a possible problem with the Header font. Verify the Header font from the Report Setup screen on the Header tab.

If View | Header shows the header, then select Preview to see the report on the screen in preview mode. Select 100% to see the normal size of the report. If the header does not show then it is usually a printer driver problem. Verify or reinstall the printer driver.
