Can the trial balance be printed to include only the accounts that have transactions and exclude the ones with zero balances?

Not at this time. Currently there is no printing option to not print accounts with zero balances. We are working on this. Stay tuned.

Another option you might consider would be to run a Transactions by Account report and select All Accounts.

The drawback is that each account prints on a separate page.

This gives the same information as the Detail Trial Balance with no 0 balance accounts., minus the totals ("total assets" etc).
