marilyn Member	posted 10-18-2002 09:19 AM When I print reports, they print very slowly--at a crawl--like they are printing in color. I've checked my settings and they always go back to color mode. I can't seem to change them. I have a new computer and we recently installed Version 8.0 from our previous 7.0. Can you help?? IP: Logged
Pamela Member	posted 10-22-2002 04:01 PM See the forum post reports print very slowly. See if any of the questions apply to your system. What Windows version are you using? Do you have the most current version of 8.0 running on your computer? See the forum post:Sofware Updates from FN. Are you changing your printer options (color) for the specific report, or are you changing the default settings through the Windows start menu for printers? marilyn Member	posted 10-24-2002 06:41 AM Hi Pam, I am using Windows XP. Your tip about changing the printer settings through Windows worked. My reports are now printing just fine. I previously had tried changing the settings through my individual reports and through Financial Navigator, but the Windows tip did the trick! Thanks IP: Logged
