Is there a way to vary the content of the reports from the pre-formatted versions, other than exporting to a spreadsheet?

Yes. The reports in Financial Navigator are quite flexible. Each report can be extensively edited on screen before printing. In the Financial Navigator Report Grid, you can change the appearance of a report before printing by:
  • Changing report layout.
  • Formatting a report's header and footer.
  • Formatting cells and text.
  • Moving columns.
  • Resizing columns.
  • Resizing rows.
  • Hiding rows and columns.
  • Freezing rows and columns.
  • Totaling columns.
  • Subtotaling columns.
  • Merging column data.
  • Customizing expanded subtotals.
  • Sorting data.
