I recently installed 8.0 and since then my reports have lost their header data. I have gone into the report setup and verified that the correct boxes are checked for the header data that I would like to show up. However, still no header data prints when I run a report. Any ideas?

Your margins may be set incorrectly.

  1. Go to Report Selection.
  2. Select Report Setup.
  3. Go to Margins tab.
  4. Top margin should be 1.2" or greater.
