2/6 I have printed one copy of a schedule D
heading reads: Schedule D/Bond(exclude) which printed great. I only printed one copy to verify from. Went to print more and I only get part of the report. No heading, I get column names - quantity etc. Then I get short term capital etc. Then next part is missing. I get long term and totals. I also have a black mark down the left hand side of paper. I have tried everything from just printing report without exlude bond, changing qualifier, shutting down, resetting format to default, margins are correct. What else can I do to get the other qualifier reports out and more of this one? Thanks for you help.

In order to troubleshoot your problem, I will need a little more information:

1. Does this problem only occur with the Schedule D report?

2. Can you print normal looking balance sheets or income statements with and without qualifiers?

3. Does the problem only occur when you use a qualifier?

4. Does this problem occur with other entities, or just this one?

5. Can you print normally form other applications like Word or Excel?

6. Have you recently installed any other software?

7. Can you try to print your Schedule D with another printer?

2/10 Hi George, I sorry I forget to mention I'm off Fridays. To answer your questions:
1. Yes it only occured with Schedule D report for my entity Bobco only. I could print sch D with my other entities.
2. Yes, I can print a normal looking balance
with & without the qualifier DBA
3. It only is occuring when I use the DBA Qualifier.
4. Only occures with this Entity.
5. Yes I can print normal from other programs.
6. No, have not installed any new programs or updates.
7. Don't have a another printer to print from.

I'm going to print it again to see what happens. I'm the one "wierd" stuff happens to. Well it printed out just fine again. Why did it happen in the first place? I can fax to you what happened. I even shut down the system and turned off printer, disconnected printer etc. on Thur and nothing worked. I had problems with another entity with gain/loss report showing sold items early in 2002 and it fixed itself.
Thanks for your help...even though I did not need it.
