Is it possible to run reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheets) and include our assigned account numbers adjacent to the Account Name?

Currently account numbers assigned by FN do not appear on the financial reports. If you have assigned account numbers then they can be entered as part of the account name, such as "101-Checking". This way the account number(code) will be shown whenever the account is displayed. Also the account can be selected by entering the account number(code). Note: if the account number(code) is less than the number of accounts then when selecting the account by just entering the account number(code) always enter the "-" after the account number(code) such as "101-". This way FN knows you want to match on the account name "101-Checking" instead of the FN account numbered 101. Does this answer your question?

You can print the account numbers assigned by Navigator. - Select Options on the Report Selection screen.
- Select Account Numbers if it is not already checked.
- Select Accounts - Same Symbol also, if that option is listed for your report. You need to do this whether or not you really want accounts with same symbol listed separately. Otherwise you won't get any account numbers.
- Run the report on the screen. Account numbers appear in parenthesis after the account name on most reports.
Note: On Investment reports, account number appears in a separate column to the right of the account name. The column heading is "No". If this column is not visible, and you have already made the settings above, select Format | Reset | Column Widths to make sure it in not hidden.- David FNI Technical Support [This message has been edited by David (edited 10-06-2008).]
