Hello Kelly, thank you for posting.Let’s try to isolate the problem.
1. What version of Windows are you using? (XP, ME, 2000, 98)
2. What version of Financial Navigator are you using?
3. What is the make and model of your printer?
4. Have you tried to download and install the latest printer driver for your printer?
5. Does this problem occur with another printer or only this printer?
6. Does this problem occur with the Sample data or just this set of data files?
7. Does this problem occur with other reports or just the Income Statement?
Try the following:
8. Run a Print Preview to see if the last digit is cut off on the preview.
9. Resize the first column so that the Month & YTD columns are “closer” to the middle of the page.
10. Resize the Month & YTD columns so that they are wider (even thought the screen shows that the number fits).
11. Change the report layout to Landscape to see if the problem still occurs.
