Account names are indented on income statements and balance sheets. This looks nice, but when I export to Excel it makes it hard to sort and otherwise manipulate. Can you make a report that doesn't indent?

You can turn off indenting, but only for 12-month reports. - Select 12 Month Income Statement, 12 Month Balance Sheet, or any other 12-month report.
- Select Options.
- Select Indent Names (12 Month) to remove checkmark.
- Run report. Account (and Category) names are no longer indented.
A later version of Navigator may allow you to turn off indenting for other reports besides 12-month reports.Meanwhile, you can also remove the indenting in Excel using Find & Replace: - Open the report in Excel.
- Select Find & Select | Replace (in Excel 2008. Your mileage may vary).
- Type eight blank spaces in Find what:.
- Select Replace All.
