as follow up to my previous question (my "reply" did not seem to work):

Do I need to save the current price file in a specific location in order to retrieve them at a later date? And how do I "update"? Just use at the date prompt the "old" date?
Please be a bit more specific. Thank you.

Current prices pulled from IDC and converted to Financial Navigator language are stored in a file called Apr2.prn. Copy this file to a new file with a different name such as Apr2july.prn.

When you wish to re-use the Apr2july.prn file, you will need to copy it back to the Apr2.prn file. Alternatively, you may rename the file Apr2.prn.

The Apr2.prn file is found in the Financial Navigator application files. To apply this simple solution, it is best that you have a basic knowledge of windows commands.

As always, make sure that you have backed up your application and data files before you start.
