2. Select the account in question.

3. Verify the account format type (bottom of the A/L screen) is a marketable securities format type:

• Traded Options/Warrants (9)
  
• Futures (10)
  
• Marketable Investments (11)
  
• Sold Asset-Security (13)
  
• IRA/Keogh Securities (24)
  
• Broker Cash (44)
  
• Sold Bonds (45)
  
• Mutual Funds - Equity (46)
  
• Mutual Funds - Fixed Income (47)
  

4. If the format is not one of the above listed types, change the format and try again.

If the account format is incorrect, the system will not treat it as a security transaction.
