We use navigator access with Interactive Data - when we try to price our symbol file (that I can see on FN "edit symbol file" does not get accessed and ID downloads their own test file. Our connection is fine, the file is downloaded but it's the wrong file and doesn't contain any of our symbols. HELP - it's pretty urgent Thanks

You will need to rebuild the symbol file. Please see the post How to clean up symbols file quickly for more information. This post covers how to rebuild the symbol file. Let me know if this does not resolve your problem by replying to this post. Sincerely, Matthew
