Last Friday, everything was working fine with both FN & SW.

Someone else wanted to use my computer to log on with her password (on a network).

On Monday I couldn't get into either FN or SW - Would get Run error 6, or something of the sort.

Was told I needed to reload everthing, had someone from tech support come over to bring a CD backpack, and have loaded FN again. The program will load, I can get into my entities, but that is all. I am now getting Error 339 Component DWKSHK 32.OCX not correctly registered file is missing or invalid.

Do we need to start all over again?

"xxx.OCX not correctly registered file is missing or invalid" means the ocx file is not on the workstation in the c:\windows\system folder or is not registered.

The normal solution is to do a workstation (or full) installation. This will copy the file and self register it. This can be verified in the install log file(fnwin75.log for fn 7.5)

If the file was not copied then it is because a newer version of the file already exist on the workstation. This is normally fine.

If the file was not self-registered then some file it is dependent on is not on the workstation. Normally a workstation (or full ) installation will copy all the necessary files.
