"FNWIN80XT.FSU is not found on the server. Please contact technical support."

2) If you are running behind a firewall then try it on a workstation that is not behind the firewall.

3) Try to download the update directly from the ftp web site at
ftp://www.finnav.com/ftp/fnwin80xt.exe
Note: Use all lower case since file name is case sensitive.
The fnwin80xt.exe file is an install file for the update. Run fnwin80xt.exe from the work station to install the lastest update.

The 'fnwin80xt.fsu' is the page describing the changes and the version number. This can be downloaded as well, but is not required. It is a text file and can be viewed with notepad.

1) Select Help menu (not help icon for the help file) | About Financial Navigator.

2) On the About dialog box, press the letter "t" (or click on the FN icon at the left).

3) Reply "ok" to the prompt "Set to Test Mode"

4) Now that you are in "Test mode", select "Software Update".

5) Reply "Yes" to "Do you want to continue with Software Update?"

6) Reply "Yes" to prompt "Since you are running in Test Mode you will be downloading the lastest Test version of Financial. Do you want to continue?"

7) Continue the sofware update and install the lastest test version.
