After installing new FN Ver. 8.1 and data files, is it Ok to uninstall FN Ver. 8.0.6 ?

Yes, if you want to, but it is not required for 8.1 to function properly.

Be sure to uninstall using your Windows Add/Remove programs utility to remove Financial Navigator 8.0 from the list of programs. This will ensure that all related files will be removed from the Windows system directories.
