If you did not select the "keep entity file" during installation of FN 8.1, the system deleted your entity file name list. Therefore, each time you access a set of data files, FN asks if you want to add the entity name to the entity name list. You will only have to do this once per entity name. Once you have accessed one set of data files for that entity and added the entity name to the list, all other data files with that entity name will be accessible without having to add the entity name again.

Users often update the program to increase the number of entities they use. This is how FN updates the entity file list. When you install a new version of FN, and you are not increasing the number of entities, you can select to keep your existing entity file list to avoid this problem.
