I’m trying to activate my FN software. It seems to wait forever on “Updating directory listing.” Then I get these error messages:

“ar082sn.sno not found on server”
“ar082.sno is a zero length file. Aborting.”

Help!

If your computer is behind a firewall, you could get the error messages you describe. If you have Windows XP, Norton Internet Security, or other firewalls installed on your computer, try temporarily disabling them while you activate. If your office network has a firewall, ask your IT department to help you connect.
