We renewed our contract and completed the product activation for Financial Navigator 8.2 Standard Office Edition. However, we now receive an error saying that the number of users (9) exceeded maximum number allowed (2). We are also received errors for entry being too large. We are not sure why we are receiving the errors now. We have not changed our service or product from last year. We have paid for standard office, can we purchase additional users? What is the limit on the accounts for standard office? Can we still upgrade to a higher version now that we have renewed our contract? How much would we have to pay?

It sounds like your renewal Product Activation did not work and you are in "demo" mode, which has only 2 entities. Please try to enter the Product Key again. If that still doesn't work, contact Installation Support.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Navigator 8.2 Standard Office Edition allows an unlimited number of users in your office sharing two User Profiles. Standard Office Edition has a limit of $50 million account balances.

Professional Office Edition has unlimited User Profiles and $2 billion account balance limit.

All Navigator 8.2 versions have a transaction limit of $85,000,009.99 per transaction. See FMV update exceeding transaction limits
