Hi FN SupportUnfortunately we have encountered a problem today. On opening my FN files, I was prompted with an upgrade message which I followed through. The upgrade did not seem to be accepted but I closed down my computer and rebooted it in case it had upgraded. On restarting my machine, I was unable to open my files from the short cut icon on my desktop nor from my program files.
I have been in touch with our computer support contractors and they have advised I contact you guys at the system is likely to have uninstalled all my files and then crashed before re-stalling them.
Please advise how we can re-install my files as I have been unable to use FN today.
