Unfortunately we have encountered a problem today. On opening my FN files, I was prompted with an upgrade message which I followed through. The upgrade did not seem to be accepted but I closed down my computer and rebooted it in case it had upgraded. On restarting my machine, I was unable to open my files from the short cut icon on my desktop nor from my program files.

I have been in touch with our computer support contractors and they have advised I contact you guys at the system is likely to have uninstalled all my files and then crashed before re-stalling them.

Please advise how we can re-install my files as I have been unable to use FN today.

1. Run the Navigator 8.2 setup: http://www.finnav.com/downloads/FN82setup.exe
2. Confirm the registration information and accept the license agreement.
3. Select Custom installation and hit next.
4. Uncheck all the boxes except Program Files (only Program Files should be checked) and hit next.
   
5. Confirm the destination folder as your current Navigator program folder and hit next.
6. Hit next to install the Navigator program files.
7. After the installation, make sure Navigator is closed, and run the upgrade file here: ftp://ftp.finnav.com/ftp/fnwin82x.exe
