I tried to reinstall FN9.0 because in converting an entity it corrupted the file.
Now I receive the following message:

Entity file:
FN090EN.ENT
not found!
Reinstall Navigator

It looks like the Entity File didn't copy over during the reinstallation of Navigator 9.0

Please complete a Custom Installation by selecting "Custom" in the "Select Installation Type" Window and checkmark only the "Entity file."
