After I reinstalled 9.0, I attempted to convert an entity and received the following error message:SQL Query Error - 2147467259 The field 'Entity.Entity_Name' can not a Null because that Required property for this field is Set to True. Enter a value in this field. The above was then followed by the Invalid Entity type 0 error message

In addition, when I try to open the converted entity, I get the error message:Trn Year Invalid: 0

It appears the Entity you are converting is not named in Navigator 8.2. We have to give the Entity a name and reconvert. We recommend making a backup of your data before making any changes. First, you need to delete that Entity in Navigator 9.0 by going to File | Delete and select the respective Entity. Second, open the Entity in Navigator 8.2 select File | Change Entity Name... and rename accordingly. Lastly, reconvert the Entity in Navigator 9.0

The entity was named in 8.2. A name was entered into each of the three places, i.e., First, spouse and last. In any case, I changed the name, saved it again and followed the three steps below and get the same error messages. In addition, it saves the data without a name and puts a button in the "In Use" box and will not allow access to the data giving the error messages: Invalid entity type 0 and then Trn Year invalid: 0.

You indicated you changed the name in 3 places (First, Spouse, & Last). Make sure you hit "OK" and include a name in the next window under "Entity Name at the Top of Reports."
