When windows runs low on resources it quits doing certain functions or is slow to complete tasks.Adding memory is an inexpensive and easy way to improve performance in windows.
Verify how much memory is in the computer:
In Windows Explorer select Help | About Windows.
See the amount of physical memory.
Then in Financial Navigator select Help |About Financial Navigator .
See how much memory is free. That amount is what the program has to work with.
Financial Navigator system requirements are a minimum of 16 megabytes of random access memory (RAM) and 32 or more is recommended.
Quitting all other applications will improve your windows performance. Windows runs increasingly low on resources with each simultaneously running application.
After you quit all other applications, you should restart your computer to regain any lost memory due to programs crashing or memory leaks.
