Can a password (if one existed) be retrieved for data files from 1986,'87 or '88?
Thanks.

Yes, passwords can be retrieved from your data files.

Contact FNI at 650-962-8510 and select the option for Customer Service (press 2). Do not key in an extension number or a support code.

You will be instructed what files need to be emailed and to what email address. A Customer Service representative will then call you back with your password(s).
