What edition of FN are you using?
Personal Edition (PE), Standard Office Edition (SOE), or Professional Office Edition (POE)?PE has 1000, SOE has 3000, and POE has 8000 accounts per entity.
If you have PE, make sure that the FN allocation number for your accounts is set to 1000:
- Open the FN entity.
- Back up your data files.
- Select Utilities | System Reconfiguration | Change File Sizes.
- Change the allocated number for accounts column to 1000 if it is not set at that.
- Select OK.
- Select OK to verify your data files have been backed up.
- Select OK when the system confirms file changes.
If your allocated number for accounts is already set at 1000, call the FNI Sales Department at 650-962-0730 for information on how to upgrade.
