You are correct; Navigator Version 8.2 Professional Office Edition has a net worth limit of $2 billion ($2,000,000,009.99 actually). This limit also applies to account balances. Individual transactions have a limit of $85 million ($85,000,009.99 actually). Enter your $163 million transaction as two separate $81.5 million transactions.
If the width of the debit or credit column is not large enough, Navigator will not let you type enough characters to make a large number like $85 million. Drag the black line between column headings to increase the width, just as you do in Excel.
We are releasing Navigator Version 9.0 to users over a period of time so that we can assist each user with conversion.
Navigator 9.0 Standard Office Edition has a transaction limit of $50 million; Professional Office Edition has a transaction limit of $500 million. So you will be able to enter your transaction as a single entry in 9.0.
