How can the adjustment of the column widths be made permanent?

The column width for the Transaction Activity and Multiple Distribution are automatically saved when you exit FN.

Change the widths of the columns using the mouse between the column headers just like Excel. Exit Transactions and then exit FN. When you start to FN the columns widths will be the same widths as when you set them.
