We have a remote site for which we want to set up a separate set of data files. We need to record all of the transactions from the new entity into the books of the parent company's entity. How is this most easily accomplished?

Will it be necessary to manually re-enter all of the transactions into the parent company's files? We do not want the remote location to have access to the parent company's data files.

What you are asking for is consolidated reporting -- combining two sets of Financial Navigator data into one report.

Financial Navigator accomplishes this through the use of the add-on product Advanced Reports.

Please post your questions to the Advanced Reports Forum for additional guidance on this subject.
