When I try to change the chart of accounts, I get an error message:
"Run-time Error 7
Out of Memory"

What does this mean?

The not-enough memory error means that your computer either doesn't have sufficient RAM or its resources are tied up with other programs. Sometimes Windows fails to release all of the RAM used by a program even after the program is shut down.

Verify how much RAM is in the computer. If it is 32 megs or less, strongly consider upgrading. If you have plenty of RAM and still have this problem, try closing down all unnecessary programs and/or rebooting the computer.
