I have always set up all my checks, reviewed the checks, loaded the check stock and printed the checks all at once. Within the last six months, and maybe since we upgraded our computer in Oct, I get an error before all the checks have finished printing. The printer sometimes pauses and will eventually print the remaining checks. Sometimes I get a system error and have to turn off the machine and restart FN to finish printing. Also, the checks are printed in random order so I have to go to Change/Review, see what has actually printed on which check number, and type in new check numbers for the remaining transactions. Do you think this is a problem with the printer, Windows, FN, or how they all talk to each other. My husband wonders if the printer driver is wrong now. Please help as I am very frustrated with a simple procedure that had worked so well for so long!

Are you using CheckForm Navigator to print your checks? If you are using blank check stock, then you're using CFN. If you use pre-printed checks (paper that already has the bank account name, account number etc. printed on it), you're not using CFN.
