When I ran this utility I received a message - "Distribution 689 already used by another transaction" I received no further comment as to what to do about this and what is "distribution 689"
What am I supposed to do?

During which utility did this message occur?
(e.g., Transaction file test & correct, Balances for Accounts test & correct,...)

Was the test and correct utility completed?

Did the system reflect any corrections made during the test & correct?
