2. Did this error occur right after you installed your new printer? This is the first time we used FN after installing the new HP5550 printer, but we successfully printed checks before trying to print a report.
3. Can you view the report on your screen? Does this error only occur when you try to print the report? We can view all reports on screen, but we can't print any that we tried.
4. Can you view a Print Preview? Can you print from Print Preview? We cannot view or print from Print Preview.
5. Does the error occur for all reports? All that we tried.
6. What is your FN version number? To tell which version you have on your system, start FN, and then select Help | About Financial Navigator from the main Financial Navigator menu. Your version will appear on the second line of the screen. It will appear in this format "Version 8.0.x" 8.0.8.
