Let’s gather some more information to isolate your problem:

1. What version of FN are you using? Please see the post What is the latest version of FN? for more information. The latest version of FN is 8.1.2.

2. Does this problem occur in another entity?

3. Does the problem occur if you purchase new stock in the Sample data?
