we have fn 8.0.7 installed on a server and are having problems with one user. when she tries to do reports she gets the run time error. she is the only user still running windows 95. could this be the issue? thanks, john

Run Time Error 50003 has to do with incompatible versions of certain windows library files that are used by Financial Navigator. Yes, it could be that the Windows95 user has a different copy of a windows library file on their computer. Please see the posts Run Time Error 50003 and Run Time Error 50003 “unexpected error” for instructions on things to try to correct this problem.

A successful workstation re-install for the Windows95 machine should correct this problem. However, since FN does version checking of files during install, you may need to manually remove certain windows library files used by Financial Navigator before re-installing FN. See the post mentioned above for details.
